Hassle Free Guaranteed Listing Program

You will benefit from a variable brokerage fee based on the following criteria:

4%   Listing Agent procures the Buyer and writes the purchase agreement.  There is no other Agent involved.   Total brokerage fee to be 4%.

1%   Owner procures the Buyer and there is no other Agent involved.  Listing Agent will write the purchase agreement, and process it through escrow for Owner.  Total brokerage fee to be 1%.

5-6%  Owner’s property sells through a Buyer procured through the Multiple Listing Service.  Another Agent represents the Buyer.  Listing Agent Brokerage fee to be 2.5% – 3% and Selling Agent Fee to be the same out of fairness.  The amount is your decision based on the amount you want to offer the buyer’s agents.  Total brokerage fee to be 5% – 6%.

Cancellation Policy
Owner or Listing Agent may cancel the listing at anytime by simply calling and notifying the other party.  The cancellation becomes effective from the time you call.  However, allow two business days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service.

“No Pressure” Presentation
Owner authorizes Listing Agent to instruct all Selling Agents that the presentation of all offers are to be made to the Owner by Listing Agent only.  Owner authorizes Listing Agent to receive all offers from Selling Agents and to present the offers to Owner via telephone, fax, or in person.
